  Gasser Law Firm, LLC is a private law firm that devotes the majority of its practice to the representation of insurance companies, insureds, and self-insureds, including Fortune 500 clients, in personal injury and construction litigation.  Principal practice areas include a broad range of civil liability claims including vehicular and premises liability, insurance coverage, construction injury defense, uninsured motorist coverage, property damage, professional liability, product liability, workers compensation, and subrogation cases. 

 The firm is proud to be detail-oriented in its review of materials, including medical records to discover many items that go unnoticed by other firms, while not engaging in often unnecessary functions that provide no real benefit to clients.  These functions include such tasks as nursing reviews of all medicals that some firms engage in. Typically, these provide no significant benefit to the client and are generally done simply to generate additional revenue for the Office. The Firm also ensures that Collateral Source issues have been thoroughly documented to order to provide clients with the most credit against a recovery as is possible.
